Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FutureFix platform and services operated by Esteem Electronics LLC. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Repair Services
All repair bookings are subject to a diagnostics/consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable but is fully adjustable against the final repair bill if the service is performed. We provide a limited warranty on all 'FutureFix Certified' repairs (6-12 months depending on the component).
2. Data Loss Disclaimer
Hardware repairs carry an inherent risk of data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device. FutureFix is not liable for any data loss occurring during the assessment or repair process.
3. Marketplace & Renewed Products
All renewed laptops and devices are rigorously tested and carry a 12-month warranty. We offer a 30-day return policy for functional defects. Cosmetic imperfections consistent with the assigned 'Grade' are not considered defects.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via approved UAE payment gateways. Refunds for returned products will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after inspection.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
